Randwick Shield Training for all Relay and Run Team Members:

4.00pm at the beach with Warren Williams for 30 - 45 mins

Parents Training Session - FINAL

Final Training Session for all parents to assist on the beach

If you want to assist on the beach with the kids or be in the water safety team you must have attended one of these sessions.

This is the last one for this season so we look forward to seeing you there

As of EOB Tuesday the theory test papers will be the on the above site. We will provide additional copies for Sunday. Also available is the training document developed last year. Those doing the proficiency should pay particular attention to signals, rates, respiratory system, circulatory system, DRABCD, secondary assessment, chain of survival, and complications during CPR.

We are having a physical training session on Saturday 12-11-05 @ 8.00am at the beach for those keen to see what will be involved the next day
We will do some of the exercises plus some timings on the RSR - for those also keen to see how they might go.

On Sunday at 8.00am George Fatsias from the Seniors will take us through some revisions, also in prep for the exam later that morning - thankyou George
