This Week - 22nd November 2005
Quick Update for all
1. This week board training is today only @4.00pm, as schedules have had to be moved around. Please note board training during the week is for competent board paddlers only. For kids wanting to learn board paddling this will now be on after Minnows every Sunday morning
2. Parents - Please be advised that for any Minnows Activity you must be present with your child - This includes Board training and Sunday morning activities. It is not acceptable to leave your children on the beach. We have had 3 incidents in the last three weeks where children have been left on the beach, activities finished and no parent to pick up the child, sometimes up to 20 min later.
3. This Friday's twilight event is currently postponed until further notice
4. There are no Events for Coogee Minnows on the beach this weekend 27-11-05 due to the Express Glass Island Challenge - Good luck to all the Minnows and parents who are competing.
5. Dec 2 - 4th Teams Events 2 and Iron Person plus Development Camp for 10 of the Under 13's at Port Hacking
6. Christmas Party Dec 11th at the beach - Santa BBQ and goodies for the kids - Please advise if you can assist on this day with the BBQ
7. Congratulations to those who attended the Randwick Shield last week, Coogee did extremely well and there were some stand out efforts from a lot of kids including ,Angus Bennett, Ashley Stone - Evie O'Connell, Kirra Fisher, Christian McDonough, Hanah Costigan, Will Ball, Heather Milne, Michallie Pearce, Alexandria Simpson Anthony Vasallis, Jordan Williams, and heaps of others - photo attached.
