Dear Minnows Team

Branch Carnival this weekend - 12th Feb 2006 at Bondi Beach

Those going to Branch are listed on the attached sheet

If you do think you are going, but not listed, please advise us asap info@coogeeminnows.com.au so we can put you down by EOB 8-02-06

Also we do need 2 Parents to assist with the presentation area on the day: You won't be required all day just some shifts to assist others: Please advise if this is you....

Transport to Bondi -

Thousands are going on the day ( at least 2,200 Nippers plus parents) so we have organised our own transport to and from the beach as parking will be a nightmare

2 x STA Buses will pick us up at outside Randwick Rugby Club at 6.30am for delivery to Bondi by at least 6.50am ready for briefing sessions,etc and marshalling for first races at 7.45am.

On arrival look for the Coogee Tent on the beach side of the Promenade

John Costigan will be Coogee Team Manager on the day as I am assisting the Branch on the day:

A bus will be standing by at 12 noon, 2:00pm and 4.15 pm behind the Bondi Surf Club in Campbell Pde to bring us back to Coogee at these times allowing people to leave early

Tow buses are ordered so we can take up to 120 people and gear

You can park you car in the Coogee Coles car Park for 5.50 per day so park there walk to the bus and away you go

Those participating on Saturday in board riding 7.30am ,and Cameron and board rescues need to be their by 2.15pm, for marshalling at 2.30pm, then for 3.00pm races, You will need to make their own way

Our boards will be stored on location for access on Sunday morning

We have one of our biggest teams going on Sunday so good luck to the team

Please note Nippers is on only for 6's and 7's on Coogee Beach this weekend.
