    U11 Minnows Feb 8th and Parent Function

    Dear U/11 Parents,

    On Friday Feb 20th there is the Minnows Parents cocktail party at the Surf Club. This was a huge success last year and I have put the details below. We are asking for catering purposes if you can please RSVP by next week:
    Date – Friday February 20th
    Time – 7pm
    Venue – Coogee Surf Club
    Music (band) and food provided, purchase your own drinks from the bar.
    Entry is free
    For this Sunday we will be working on the following:
    – Boards = catching waves and negotiating the break
    – Flags = starts / turns / dives
    – Sprints & relays = starts / changes
    – Lifesaving skills = board rescues
    Well done to all who competed in the John Mudge last weekend and we did the red caps very proud with a couple of wins and also a number of top 6 finishes. I am also looking forward to hearing from our U/11 Branch camp attendees.
