Gold Caps – 18 October Running sheet

Hi all – this week we have some 20 nippers from Clovelly U13s joining us!!!

I thought we might start with a paddle around wedding cake island. Thats not true….this week!

Actually we’ll look to spend some more time on the boards, conditions permitting, for the first 30 minutes breaking into three groups:

1. ins/outs – focus on shorebreak navigation

2. some technical stuff with Nick and Greg

3. a point to point paddle (ironman/lady practice..)

We’ll then spend the next 30mins on tube rescues. 

Education this week will be carries!! And some general first aid which we’ll do up at the lifesaving tent…

See you on the beach.  And i will be bringing some wax for those boards..which were too slippery last week!!!!
