  Gold Caps – 11 October Running Sheet

  U13 Gold Caps running sheet 11-Oct: 8am comp swim girls / boys (those not in water will receive de-brief on season plan for education). All swimmers timed to establish a PB. Comp kids target sub-9mins.  Those without pool profic to Northern end. Will need to do comp swim next week. 8.30am board re-familiarise.  split into two areas.  1) ins/outs  2) paddle out with Nick to practice skills.
